Marking a landmark 30th release on South London's favourite concept label Speedy Wunderground, is the incredible new offering from Irish poet-turned-front person Sinead O'Brien. As with all Speedy releases, the experimental take on Sinead's poem 'Taking On Time' was produced by head honcho Dan Carey. With the whole piece being given a proverbial kick up the arse by Oscar Robertson's driving drums, Carey's signature snappy snare provides urgency and structure to the lucid interaction between Hanson and O'Briens intertwining guitar and vocal lines. Discussing the track O'Brien explained, “Working with Dan Carey was an incredibly good fit. He got the track out of us, from draft stage to final take in only a few hours! Dan’s production really mirrors how we work - it has all the risk and spontaneity of live performance.
